Billing Calendar
Invoices for 2026 are now available in your Member Portal. Access the dues and fees billing calendar and get to know your numbers using this handy dues breakdown to better understand your balance.
Dues & Fees
Dues for the full year are $485. Dues are prorated your first year based on the month you join. A one time Application Fee of $240 and a one time Orientation Fee of $60 are also required upon joining the association.
Any new member (who did not pay REALTOR® dues in the prior membership year) that joins on December 1 through December 31 will be required to pay pro-rated dues for the current year in addition to the upcoming year's annual board dues at the time of application.
